The network serial concentrator adds 16 RS232 serial ports to an Ethernet network, enabling broadcast of serial data over the network to a number of connected PCs. A Single TCP/IP session services the traffic from all ports resulting in less overhead at the host and less traffic over the network |

The Etherlite 160 ports appear as native COM ports under Microsoft Windows with full control of individual serial ports. |
