Specification
Whilst many of our clients know exactly what product or PC specification is required this is not always the case. Our IT engineers and sales staff are pleased to discuss with you exactly what you are trying to achieve, what software you are trying to run, and much more. We would far rather have these issues resolved before the equipment is delivered rather than after!
Custom Configuration
As an accredited computer manufacturer Rent IT has a major advantage in our ability to adapt our "standard" products to meet your exact requirements. Whilst in many cases our existing products will be suitable for your applications we are pleased to make changes. If your requirements are very diverse then we will look at building a system to meet your specification (see our dual Xeon, dual core, 2U high rack mounts - built to meet a clients specifications) Why compromise your requirements by renting a standard PC from our competitors when you can rent exactly the computer you need from Rent IT!
This is perhaps the easiest stage! Overnight delivery can be provided to virtually all of the UK with standard next day delivery being the norm but pre-noon and earlier deliveries can be provided if requested (even same day in our local area). For details on deliveries and costs please see our "delivery" page. At the end of your rental period we can also arrange equipment pick up and return. In the majority of cases our equipment is supplied in rugged transit cases or boxes, ensuring it reaches you in working order with nothing missing!
Technical support
If problems do occur or advice is required Rent IT is here to help. Our standard office hours are 9.00 - 5.30, Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00 on Friday. During this time our office will be able to receive your details and if they cannot pass you directly to an engineer they will ensure a return call is made as soon as possible. Out with these hours you will be passed to the Seatronics (our parent company) on call engineer. If he is not able to assist directly they will take your details and locate one of our specialist IT engineers. Whilst this may take a bit longer than within office hours we will endeavour to respond in as short a time as possible.
Payment methods
If you intend being a regular customer of Rent IT, and we hope you will! Then setting up a credit account may be the most convenient method of doing business. However if your requirement is a "one of" or, if more convenient to you, Rent IT have in place credit card facilities. Use of credit card facilities also ensures that there is no delay in getting your equipment out the door and en-route to you.
On Site Installation
Whilst the majority of our customers undertake there own installation and commissioning, if required we can provide on-site engineers for this purpose. For more details on this service contact Rent IT directly.
