For the past several events Rent IT has been in partnership with Offshore Europe in order to ensure that all IT requirements for the organisers and exhibitors are met. With an excellent track record behind us we have once again been asked to sponsor Offshore Europe 2007 and provide the hardware and logistics involved in provision of IT equipment.

Terms and conditions for Offshore Europe 2007 |

As with all supply there are a few terms and conditions to consider, please have a look through these prior to ordering equipment for Offshore Europe 2007:-
|

|
All customers must be present to accept and sign for equipment delivery on the Monday 3rd September 2007. Equipment will not be left if a representative of the customer is available to accept delivery.
|
|
|
Customers are totally responsible for security of equipment from delivery until collection by Rent IT staff. (All damage will be charged for with full replacement value being charged for any lost items or accessories) |
|
|
Equipment not returned or available for return on Friday 7th Spetemeber 2007 will be charged at pro Rata daily rate until returned. |
|
|
Our exhibition service includes delivery of equipment and removal/return of transit cases. We do not include installation of software or interfacing to other equipment within our standard service. IT engineers are available at an hourly rate if required.
|
|
|
All payment must be received, and cleared, prior to 20th August otherwise equipment supply cannot be guaranteed. |
|
|
Orders placed and/or paid for after 20st August will be subject to a 50% surcharge and supply cannot be guaranteed. |

|

|
Why Rent from Rent IT for Offshore Europe 2007 |

Rent IT is based in Aberdeen, less than a mile from the Aberdeen Exhinition and Conference Centre ( AECC ) and will be on site for the duration of Offshore Europe. |
|
|
Delivery of equipment to your exhibition stand on Monday 3rd September and collection from your stand on Friday 7th September.
|
|
|
Alternatively equipment can be collected/returned directly from our premises in Aberdeen
|
|
|
Supply of wireless technology compatible with AECC installation. |
|
|
IT Rental avoids transportation costs for bulky equipment and avoids risks associated with transportation of equipment, damage in transit , loss , delayed delivery etc |
|
|
Exhibition equipment rental provides access to specialist items only needed for exhibition work. |
|
|
IT staff are available should assistance be required. In event of equipment failure or last minute hitches we are literally just round the corner from the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre and can provide rapid response to problems. Company representatives will be on-site throughout Offshore Europe 2007 |
