Of course our QA system is constantly evolving to meet new legislative requirements as well as taking on board the latest technical innovations to improve not just the quality of our product and service but also the overall efficiency of our operation.

It is therefore always an anxious moment when our three yearly "big" QA inspection comes around. A few days of in depth study of our system and records is then followed by the official verdict.

Having had our QA certification since 1995 it may be tempting to get complacent regarding this inspection however there are always a few pointers from the inspectors as to how things could be improved or indeed some minor discrepancies that they have found. (After all they need something to do as well!) |

But the results are out and we are once again pleased to have had our certification renewed again and our new certificate, valid until 2010, can be seen on our site.
