The new Dual Processor Dual Core workstation provides twice the processing power of our previous dual xeon workstations. Professional Video , CAD , and creative imaging software greatly benefit from additional cpu cores and with 4 physical cpu cores multi-threaded programs and multitasking performance is greatly enhanced. |

Windows XP x64 is installed on the dual core workstation as standard removing the the 4GB (3GB usable) limit imposed by the older XP sp2. As standard the workstation has 8GB installed giving 2GB of memory per cpu core, although up to 32GB can be installed as an option. |

Graphics are handled by a nVidia 7900GS card providing a good performance / price / power consumption blend. Other graphics cards such as from the Quadro range can be fitted as an option. A 320GB sata drive is installed as standard, however the case and motherboard allows up to 6 additional hard drives to be installed as raid 0 1 or 5. |

Dual core dual processor server |

The new Dual processor Dual Core server provides twice the processing power of our previous dual xeon servers. With 4 physical cpu cores and 8Gb of memory ( 2GB per core ) these servers are ideal for animation rendering nodes with 3ds max , Maya , Lightwave and others. |

The server comes as standard with 1 x 320GB sata drive, however additional sata drives can be installed , configured with raid 0 , 1 or 5. |
