Laptop leasing from Rent IT is available to UK business clients only, including Sole traders , partnerships , limited companies , public limited companies , educational departments , local and national government departments.

How can I arrange laptop leasing from Rent IT? |
|
|

Either complete the Enquiry Form above for the laptop lease, or contact Rent IT from out contact page. Our Sales team will then prepare a laptop or notebook lease quotation. If you wish to proceed we will require a Laptop Lease application form to be completed and once cleared with our credit department we will dispatch the equipment.

Payment for laptop leasing
|
|
|
|
Laptop lease payment is monthly in advance and a initial deposit equal to 1 months lease plus carriage charges is required to be paid prior to equipment despatch.

Technical Support |

Should you require support for the product, please contact us immediately to enable our engineers to assess, if applicable, repair or replacement options. If a hardware failure requires the lease laptop requires to be returned to Rent IT, all repair costs and associated freight is at no charge to you. However faults and errors due to infections of virus spyware or failed software installation will not be part of the free repair / replacement service and will be to your account. In the event of the lease laptop being stolen or completely broken due to physical abuse, the full replacement value of the notebook will be charged.

Extension of leasing laptop or return lease laptop early.
|
|
|
|
After 1 year leasing and 2 year leasing the lease can be reviewed and you may return the laptop. If you had initially agreed to a 2 or 3 year lease the monthly rates will be recalculated on the 1, or 2 year rate and recharged. Should you wish to return the notebook earlier than 1 year please contact us. If you wish to extend your lease contract please contact us as soon as possible for a possible reduction in lease charges. |

Laptop lease complete - what happens?
|
|
|
|
When the 1 year, 2 year or 3 year notebook lease is complete you have 3 options:
|
|
|
Arrange with Rent IT to return the laptop and end the lease.
|
|
|
Extend the lease and retain the laptop for a further duration at a lower rate.
|
|
|
Upgrade to a newer model of laptop and renew you lease for a further 1, 2 or 3 years |
